Took my zero turn mower for annual service, the day I picked it up from Thompson Outdoor Power the mower caught fire. Took the mower back to Thompson and the "mechanic" wanted to argue with me how it couldn't be their fault. I made numerous trips back to talk with Donnie, the owner, each time was told he was not there and the mechanic wanted to argue more about my complaint. My name and phone number was left 2+ times and Donnie never took the time to call me. I have my push mower and power washer also serviced. The push mower ran for about 3 minutes and now it won't start. I cannot put into words how disappointed I was with the service and follow up. I try to shop local and this time it bit me in the wallet. $300 service at Thompson, then $1000 repair in Indianapolis for the fire damage.
