Took my 1 1/2 year old girl boxer to this vet after she kept getting severely sick every other month and nobody could give me an answer why she was getting sick. I was told to get her spayed at 1 year and the sickness would stop. After getting her spayed she was sick again a month and half later. Puking, wouldn’t eat or drink, running a high fever and could barely walk. I always took her to the vet in lawrenceburg but after many visits and hundreds of dollars later with still no answes I decided to take her somewhere else. My experience wasn’t very good here. They told me they needed to run all kinds of test which I agreed to. The vet said it would run around $300, I was ok with that. As long as they could find out what was causing her illness. When we were finished I went to pay and was very surprised to hear my total of $489.11. After feeling like I wanted to throw up I thought if it makes my poor puppy better and we can find out what is causing her to get sick it would be worth it. But they still had no answers. I’ve yet to find a vet that actually cares about the animal and wants to help it get better. It’s all a money scheme and they will get you for every penny they can. My advice, make sure you know what your paying when you go here or you will get surprised with a $500 bill when it’s time to leave. My puppy is still sick and I’m $500 poorer.
