It's always a great experience. They are very kind, and treat my pets with care and respect. They are very thorough, and make sure I understand everything, and they answer all of my questions. I couldn't ask for a better place or a better group of people.
Dr. Robinson is amazing and so is the staff. Even though our cat had to be euthanized they were wonderful to him and us.

She @ the ripe age of 13 was too sick to fix. I made the decision, to have her put to sleep. I was beside myself with grief.I took her to Laughery Valley. The staff there were, soft and kind. It was a very simple process and she fell asleep in my arms. Again, I felt the empathy from the staff, as they treated us like we were Mom and child...(true).I know they do these things often, and some folks would become jaded, like, "just get it over with" mentality. "Not So Here". Yesterday, I got a surprise delivery. They sent me a potted plant. I have plants from memorials of all my loved ones, now I have one for her. Thank-You
The FRIENDLIEST staff who are compassionate and caring about your pet just as much as you are. Very knowledgeable and up to date on latest treatments. My pets are always in good hands. Thank you for all you do!
